By using 4QRCodeOnline ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. The Service
4QRCodeOnline is a free, browser-based QR code generator for text, URLs, WiFi networks, contact cards, and email links. All generation runs locally in your browser; we do not receive or store what you enter. The Service is free and supported by advertising and voluntary donations.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You agree not to generate QR codes that link to illegal, harmful, or fraudulent content, and not to use the Service to attempt to disrupt, overload, or exploit security weaknesses in the site.
4. Your QR Codes
The codes you generate, and the data encoded inside them, belong entirely to you. Because everything happens in your browser, we never take ownership of, access, or store the content you encode. You're responsible for verifying that a generated code works correctly before relying on it or distributing it.
5. No Warranty
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or uninterrupted availability. Scan reliability can vary by printer, screen, lighting and the scanning device used, and is outside our control.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, 4Utilities and 4QRCodeOnline shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of, or reliance on, a QR code generated through the Service. You use the Service at your own discretion and risk.
7. Intellectual Property
The 4QRCodeOnline name, the 4Utilities brand, and the site design and code are the property of their respective owners. These Terms grant no right to use our branding without permission. The data encoded in your QR codes remains entirely yours.
8. Third-Party Links & Advertising
The Service displays advertising through Google AdSense and uses a third-party library to generate QR codes. 4Utilities is not responsible for the content or privacy practices of third parties, or for the destination of any link you choose to encode. 9. Changes to These Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are intended to operate consistently with applicable data-protection and consumer-protection laws, including the GDPR (EU), CCPA (California), Brazil's LGPD, and equivalent regulations elsewhere. Nothing here limits any non-waivable statutory right you may have.
